Annie B's Confections promises to exceed all expectations, delivering a product that evokes all your senses, unparalleled in taste, each bite creating an unforgettable memory.

More than 15 years ago, Ann Bartholomay, a former executive chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York, founded Annie B’s Confections.

Working out of the kitchen of her Bucks County, Pennsylvania farmhouse, Ann specialized in wedding cakes that not only looked beautiful but tasted wonderful.

Executive chef Ann Bartholomay has earned national recognition with product features on the Food Network, Modern Baking Magazine, Bucks County Town & Country Living Magazine and the Philadelphia Inquirer, just to name a few. Annie B’s products have also been selected for sale in national catalogs and websites.

Annie B’s now has its own separate facility. In addition to her line of custom-design wedding cakes, Ann now offers a line of hand-made miniature pastries, a line of fancy individual desserts and a full line of wholesale cakes, tarts and pastries. All of Annie B’s pastries, cakes and confections are made from scratch from all natural ingredients: Ceresota flour, imported Callebaut™ chocolate, sweet butter and heavy cream.
